Computer Simulations Create the Future
RIKEN AICS Software Center was founded in 2017 to promote software developed at AICS.
The missions of RIKEN AICS Software Center are:
― to develop and deploy high quality applications, libraries, programming tools, etc. (called "AICS Software") for many HPC platforms including the K computer and the successor.
― to support and collaborate with AICS Software users from various fields of science and engineering to improve and enhance the AICS software.
Currently we are focusing on the following four types of software from AICS Software and plan to expand the lineup in the near future.
OACIS(Organizing Assistant for Comprehensive and Interactive Simulations) is a job management software for large scale simulations.
Comprehensive software for ab initio quantum chemistry calculations of large and complicated molecular systems
Molecular dynamics and modeling software for bimolecular systems such as proteins, lipids, glycans, and their complexes.
Increase in the accuracy and reliability of climate models to make more accurate climate predictions
